Wolf is a medium-sized company with more than 80 employees and manufactures special machines for automation. The typical customers come from the electro technical industry, the medical industry or are automobile suppliers. The machine program is divided in three main activities. Laser processing, Special soldering and Assembly automation. Wolf sells worldwide automatic components and stand-alone-machines and also complete production lines. The machines are mostly standardized and have a modular structure. Wolf is not only a machine builder, but above all a process specialist. The goal is the perfect and quick realization of difficult processes in machines.
In the Wolf Technology Centre, the customer is supported in all phases of process development of his machines. For quality assurance Wolf offers Optical Inspection Systems.

Laser processing:
Wolf is one of the leading manufacturers of machines for plastic welding with laser and laser marking. Depending on the specific application various lasertyps from different manufacturers are applied.

Special soldering:
Wolf is market leader of machines for laser soldering. The specific laser systems are developed and made by Wolf. Additionally the machine program includes the processes Iron soldering, Induction soldering, Selective soldering with Miniwave and Dip soldering.

Assembly automation:
In this field Wolf is specialized on small work pieces (maximum pallet size 240 x 240 mm), cycle times from 5 to 15 sec and transfer systems with free pallet circulation. Since 1988 when the company was founded a comprehensive know-how on a large spectrum of assembly processes was built up.
